About B&W Appliance Repair

B&W Appliance Repair LLC is a family-owned appliance repair, HVAC, and warranty service company serving Rochelle, Illinois and the surrounding communities, including DeKalb, Dixon, Sterling, Byron, Oregon, and Rockford. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Services

We provide the following services from our location at 567 W IL RT 38, Rochelle, IL 61068:

• Appliance repair (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, microwaves, freezers)
• HVAC repair and maintenance
• Warranty service for major appliance brands
• Appliance installation

Service Areas

We service the following Illinois communities: Rochelle, DeKalb, Dixon, Sterling, Byron, Oregon, Rockford, and surrounding areas within approximately 35 miles of Rochelle, IL.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice
• We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations when possible
• Service visits are performed during normal business hours; after-hours appointments may be available by arrangement

Payment and Billing

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and check payments
• For warranty-covered repairs, applicable co-pays or service fees may apply as specified by your warranty provider

Warranty Service

Warranty repairs are subject to the terms of your manufacturer's warranty. Please have your warranty documentation available at the time of service. Warranty claims are processed according to the manufacturer's policies.

Limitation of Liability

B&W Appliance Repair LLC provides repair services only. We are not liable for:

• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not visible at time of service
• Failures resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance by the customer or third parties
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including parts availability and scheduling conflicts

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate appliance and issue information when scheduling service
• Ensure safe, accessible working conditions for our technicians
• Inform us of any known hazards, pets, or other conditions affecting the service environment

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Submit fraudulent or false service requests
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
• Resell or redistribute any service provided by B&W Appliance Repair

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
