About DispatchPro
DispatchPro is a contractor matching and lead dispatch platform operating in DeKalb County, Illinois. We connect homeowners who need home services with licensed, verified contractors in our registry. The platform is provided by Polsia, Inc.
By using DispatchPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
For Homeowners
DispatchPro is free for homeowners. When you submit a service request:
- We match your request to a suitable contractor in our registry based on trade and ZIP code
- You work directly with the contractor on job scope, pricing, and payment
- DispatchPro does not set prices, guarantee work quality, or mediate disputes
- You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials and references
DispatchPro may send SMS or email communications related to your service request. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
For Contractors
Contractors in our registry agree to the following:
- Maintain a valid Illinois contractor license for your trade
- Carry current liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage
- Respond to matched leads within a reasonable timeframe
- Pay the applicable booking fee ($25–$75 per confirmed job) via Stripe at the time of booking confirmation
- Conduct all work professionally and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Booking fees are non-refundable once a job is confirmed. Contractors collect payment directly from homeowners — DispatchPro does not handle job payments.
Booking Fees
Contractors pay a per-booking fee to DispatchPro when a job is confirmed. Fee tiers:
- Standard booking: $25–$75 depending on job type
- Fees are charged via Stripe at the time of booking confirmation
- Fees are non-refundable after the booking is confirmed
Limitation of Liability
DispatchPro is a lead matching service. We do not perform, supervise, or warrant any contractor work. DispatchPro shall not be liable for:
- Quality, safety, or outcomes of work performed by contractors
- Disputes between homeowners and contractors
- Contractor negligence, injury, or property damage
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Homeowners and contractors are advised to verify licenses, insurance, and references before entering any service agreement.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use DispatchPro to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests
- Impersonate a licensed contractor without proper credentials
- Resell or redistribute leads purchased through DispatchPro
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
Changes to These Terms
DispatchPro may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
